1. SPONSORS
   The “Sip Into Summer” Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Summerfest Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”) and BUBBL’R^®, Wis-Pak, Inc., together referred to as (“Sponsors”). All decisions regarding all matters and aspects of and relating to the Contest shall be made by Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion, and all such decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive. This includes decisions regarding the validity of entries and other materials submitted for verification, and the eligibility of participants. By entering this Contest, entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the binding, final and conclusive nature of Sponsors’ decisions. 
2. ELIGIBILITY
   The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and are not considered a minor in their state of residence. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest:  (a) full-time benefited employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers, and directors of MWF and their Immediate Family (defined below);  (b) employees, agents, officers and directors of MWF’s consultants, licensees, and contractors; (c) individuals employed to work at Henry Maier Festival Park during any MWF-produced event within the past two years; (d) officers, directors, agents, successors, assignees, employees and former employees of any Sponsor Entities (as defined below) and their Immediate Family; and (e) any other persons engaged with the production or the administration of any MWF-produced event or Contest. (f) The employees (including immediate family and household members), subsidiaries, affiliates and shareholders of Wis-Pak, Inc, BUBBL’R^® distributors, or any other company or individual involved in the Contest’s design, production, execution or distribution are not eligible. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors’ decisions, which are and shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant determined, in Sponsors’ sole judgment and absolute discretion, to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the Official Rules of the Contest; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, harass or act fraudulently in any manner. For the purpose of administering this Contest, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings). Void where prohibited by law.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
   The Contest begins on June 5, 2026 at 12:00 pm CST and ends on June 12, 2026 at 12:00 pm CST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
   To enter during the Contest Period: Follow @summerfest and @drinkbubblr on Instagram. Post a photo or video showing how you “Sip into Summer” with Fruit Punch’r BUBBL’R. Tag @summerfest and @drinkbubblr in your post. Include the hashtag #sipintosummer. Include your favorite line or reference to an Alex Warren song in your caption. Instagram accounts must be public at the time of entry and winner selection so entries can be viewed and verified. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Participants who submit or attempt to submit more than one entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or logins or through any other methods will be disqualified from participating in the Contest. Participants who submit false, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, or materially incomplete information as part of their entry into the Contest, as determined solely by the Sponsors, will be disqualified from participating in the Contest. No purchase necessary.
5. PRIZES
   One (1) winner will receive two (2) T-Mobile 3-day passes to Summerfest, two (2) tickets to Alex Warren live at Summerfest in Milwaukee at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater on July 3, a three night hotel stay for July 2 through July 4, two (2) round-trip flights not exceeding $1,000 total, eight (8) six-packs of BUBBL’R antioxidant sparkling water, and two pieces of BUBBL’R clothing merchandise. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000. Airfare portion of the Prize shall not exceed $1,000 total. Any airfare costs exceeding this amount are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner is located within 250 miles of Henry Maier Festival Park located at 200 N. Harbor Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53202, a $400 gas gift card will be provided instead of airfare. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Sponsors’ approval. Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not specifically stated herein, including ground transportation, meals, incidentals, baggage fees, gratuities, and personal expenses. The Prize may not be substituted for cash or other prizes except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners of a Prize equal to or greater than $2,000 will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the Prize received. Limit of 1 Prize per household. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Approximate retail value is determined as of the time these Official Rules are published and may fluctuate. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein shall be solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at Sponsors sole discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
   One (1) winner will be selected by Sponsors from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Entries will be judged based on creativity (50%), originality (25%), and the alignment with the “sip into Summer” theme (25%). The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @summerfest or @drinkbubblr on or about June 12, 2026 at 12:00 pm CST. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
   By entering, participants grant Sponsors’ permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, submitted content, and hometown for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. CONTENT GUIDELINES
   Entries must be original and may not contain content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines. Entrants represent they own or have permission to use all content included in their submission.
9. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
   This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Contest.
10. ALEX WARREN DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Alex Warren. By entering, participants release Alex Warren and any of his companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, employees, agents or representatives from any responsibility related to the Contest.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding.

12. TAXES

Sponsors recommends that participants review the Contest with their legal/tax advisor to determine their potential tax liability, if any, in connection with participating in and/or receiving cash or prizes as part of this Contest. Sponsors and its participating distributors make no representations, and disclaim any and all liability, regarding any tax implications of participating in the Contest, including the receipt of any prizes thereunder.  Tax and other financial liability, if any, it will be the sole liability and responsibility of participant, and Sponsors and their distributors shall have no liability therefore.

Sponsors are not responsible if Summerfest or the Alex Warren performance is postponed, modified, or canceled for any reason.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsors and its distributors are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failure or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked or delayed email notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or any errors, problems  or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries and/or emails, the announcement of any prize or in any Contest-related materials, and/or or the cancellation or postponement of any event or exhibition, including any race.  Sponsors and its distributors are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Sponsors and their distributors are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer and/or wireless devices related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website.  Sponsors and their distributors are not responsible for injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s and nominee’s participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsors or their distributors or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors in its absolute discretion, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors and their distributors and/or their respective agents.  Sponsors shall have the sole and absolute right to disqualify any nominee or any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in its sole and absolute discretion.  Sponsors and their distributors (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.  

15. MODIFICATION

If, for any reason, Sponsors determine in their sole discretion that the Contest cannot run as planned, Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, modify, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time, including modifying any method of entry. This includes, without limitation, any occurrence that may compromise the integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. Sponsors also reserve the right to amend these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.

16. CONDUCT

By participating in this contest, participants (including the person accompanying the Grand Prize winner) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, their declarations and other documents verifying eligibility, and the decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

1. DECLARATIONS; RELEASES; CONSENT TO USE

All participants agree, and the patrons attending the event with the winner must agree, to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors which are binding, final and conclusive in all respects. Contest winner will be required to produce identification. By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry all entrants agree to (a) release Wis-Pak, Inc., its distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and advertisers, and each of their employees, agents and representatives; and advertisers, and each of their employees, agents and representatives; affiliates, suppliers, and advertisers, and each of their employees, agents and representatives (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, actions and/or expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees) of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind to any persons (including third-persons) and/or property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the Contest, including the acceptance, receipt and/or or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize; and (b) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, actions and/or expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees) of any kind whatsoever arising out of and/or or relating to such entrant’s and nominee’s participation in the Contest, including the acceptance, receipt and/or or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize. By participating in the Contest, participants (including all patrons attending the event) consent to the use of their names, pictures, or other likenesses (without compensation, review or approval) for promotional purposes as determined, in its sole and absolute discretion, by Sponsors. Except where prohibited by law, participants (including all patrons attending the event) grant to Sponsors the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Contest website and/or any Sponsors and/or distributor websites), the participant’s (and patrons in attendance) name, address, voice, statement(s), picture(s) and/or other likeness, without compensation, review or approval, in connection with this Contest for public relations, advertising and Contest purposes, as may be determined by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion.

1. DISPUTES

Any dispute arising out of or connected with the Contest, including without limitation any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Wisconsin, or, if applicable, in the federal district court in which such county sits.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest’s Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin. In any dispute, In the event of any dispute, under no circumstances shall entrant (or any patrons in attendance for the event) recover anything other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering this Contest; without limitation, there shall be no equitable or injunctive relief and no recovery of incidental, consequential, increased, multiplied or punitive damages, or attorney’s fees. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OR REMEDIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANT OR NOMINEE.
