Make the simple syrup by heating equal parts honey and water in either the microwave or on the stove. Heat until the honey is dissolved, then transfer to a heat-safe container and allow it to cool.
Coat the edges of two coupe glasses with sugar.
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the BUBBL’R blood orange mango mingl’r, cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup.
Shake for 15 seconds, or until the cocktail shaker is noticeably cold.
Strain the cocktail into the coupe glasses, and garnish.
