Savory Ham & Egg Breakfast Sliders

  • BUBBL’R Pitaya berry nect’r for serving
  • 12 hawaiian slider rolls
  • 1 lb. deli ham thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 12 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. fresh chives finely chopped
  • ¾ lb. sliced cheddar or shredded
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. poppyseeds


  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large 9×13” baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Use a spatula to slowly cook the eggs to a soft scramble, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
  • Layer the rolls with the deli ham, soft scrambled eggs, chives, and cheddar cheese. Add the top half.
  • In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, dijon mustard, and poppyseeds. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
  •  Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
