Partridge in a Peach Tree Mocktail

Ingredients
  

  • BUBBL'R peach raspberry dazzl'r
  • 1 oz. peach nectar or puree
  • 0.5 oz. raspberry syrup or muddled raspberries + simple syrup
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • dash of ginger syrup optional
  • ice

Instructions
 

Shake the Base

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine peach puree, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and ginger syrup (if using). Fill with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain and top: Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice (or a coupe if serving up). Top with 2-3 oz. of BUBBL'R peach raspberry dazzl'r, gently stir.

Garnish

  • Drop in a few fresh raspberries. Add a rosemary sprig for that wintery aroma or a cube of crystalized ginger on a cocktail pick.
