Jalapeno Honey Salmon

  • 4 BUBBL’R Lemon Lime Twist’r
  • 4 Salmon Fillets 4 – 6 oz. each
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Jalapenos chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/3 cup Water


  • In a small bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper together. Evenly sprinkle onto the salmon fillets and gently pat the seasoning mix down onto the fillets.
  • In a large cast iron skillet, heat up the one tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat.
  • Add the seasoned salmon fillets to sear for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from cast iron on to a plate.
  • Add the sauce mixture into the cast iron skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the salmon fillets back into the cast iron skillet. Using a spoon, coat the salmon fillets in sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until salmon is fully cooked.
  • Serve the salmon warm, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy with Lemon Lime Twist’r for a refreshing drink!
