Easy Cacio e Pepe Pasta

  • BUBBL’R lemon lime twist’r for serving
  • 8 oz. pasta cooked
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt
  • ½ cup grated parmesan about 3 oz.
  • olive oil
  • burrata
  • prosciutto
  • fresh basil chopped, for garnishing


  • Cook the pasta according to package direction, until al dente. Before draining reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  • In a large saucepan, add the prosciutto in bite sized pieces with a small drizzle of olive oil to cook until crispy, about 1 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the cracked black pepper to the saucepan and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add the salt and reserved pasta water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the grated parmesan, then whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Serve warm with the burrata, crispy prosciutto, and chopped basil.
