Blackened Salmon Bites Power Bowl with Ginger Glaze

For the Blackened Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets sliced into 1” cubes
  • 2 tbsp. each paprika & brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. each garlic powder, cayenne powder, harissa seasoning, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

For the Ginger Glaze

  • cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1” Fresh Ginger finely minced

To Serve

  • BUBBL’R Tropical Dream’r Antioxidant Sparkling Water
  • ½ cup pineapple finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • avocado
  • rice


  • Mix the blackened salmon seasonings in a large bowl until well-combined. Add the salmon and massage the seasoning mix into the salmon cubes.
  • Heat up a large skillet over Medium High Heat for 3-4 minutes until hot. Add the olive oil, then add the salmon cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  • To make the glaze, simply stir all ingredients together. Toss the salmon bites in the glaze.
  • To serve, place the salmon bites over a bowl of rice.
  • Toss the finely chopped pineapple, cilantro, and tomatoes together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add to the salmon bowls.
  • Add avocado to the bowls, as well.
