
Blackened Salmon Bites Power Bowl with Ginger Glaze
Ingredients
For the Blackened Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets sliced into 1” cubes
- 2 tbsp. each paprika & brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. each garlic powder, cayenne powder, harissa seasoning, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
For the Ginger Glaze
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1” Fresh Ginger finely minced
To Serve
- BUBBL’R Tropical Dream’r Antioxidant Sparkling Water
- ½ cup pineapple finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes chopped
- avocado
- rice
Instructions
- Mix the blackened salmon seasonings in a large bowl until well-combined. Add the salmon and massage the seasoning mix into the salmon cubes.
- Heat up a large skillet over Medium High Heat for 3-4 minutes until hot. Add the olive oil, then add the salmon cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- To make the glaze, simply stir all ingredients together. Toss the salmon bites in the glaze.
- To serve, place the salmon bites over a bowl of rice.
- Toss the finely chopped pineapple, cilantro, and tomatoes together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add to the salmon bowls.
- Add avocado to the bowls, as well.
